Policy will be:

​

• Please attend your appointment alone. No plus one including children. 

​

• If you are feeling sick even if there’s no fever please reschedule your appointment. 

​

• We won’t have a waiting area so please kindly come at the right time and we will ask you to wait outside in front and call us to notify us you are there. 

​

• Appointment is scheduled to leave enough time for us to do a clean in between clients so please do not come late. 

​

• We will be using disposable items for hygiene reasons so please refrain from using your phone during treatment. 

​

• No product testing is allowed and if you want to purchase anything please let one of our therapist know and we will get it for you. 

​

• We will be using a touch less thermometer on your arrival. 

​

• Please BYO face mask for all services. Only during facials + skin analysis is when you can remove your mask. if you do not have a mask we will ask you to purchase one in store. 

​

• Cashless payment would be greatly appreciated. 

​

• We will need you to wash your hands before treatment starts and use hand sanitiser.
